Part 9

“You know, this could have waited until after the party,” I told Adam as we walked through the doors of the dealership.

“It could, but if I don’t burn some of this nervous energy off, I’m going to explode.” He waved his dad off so he could get on with his day.

I looked around the room and sighed. “I can think of a lot better ways to that than be here.” Haggling over prices and options wasn’t my idea of fun.

He squeezed my hand and winked. “Don’t think I haven’t . Truth is, you need this. And clothes. And a phone.” He gave me a thoughtful look. “Actually you need a lot.”

I laughed. At the moment I smelled like a walking billboard for men’s hygiene products. Not that I didn’t mind, I just prefer the scent on him.

Before I could say anything else, an older man walked up to us, hand extended to Adam. They shook hands. I held mine out, but he nodded his head instead.

“Good to see you out and about already, Jenna,” the man said. He had bright blue eyes that twinkled when he talked. “I don’t think I’d take a shift quite that well after an accident like yours.”

“I wasn’t sure I’d be able to either,” I admitted.

“Gives you a new respect for the bitten ones, doesn’t it?” he whispered as we walked back out the door.  “Now, what can we put you in today?”

“Whatever she wants,” Adam told him. “Preferably brand new.”

“Cash sale as always?” the man asked. Adam nodded. “Thank God. I hate paperwork.”

“I’m Curtis, by the way,” the man said. “I doubt you’ll remember me, but I was friends with your daddy.”

“Give it time,” Adam told him. “The more she sees and hears, the more she gets back. Watch it though, she may only remember the embarrassing parts.”

“That makes me want to remember,” I said, with a smile. “Pack clown maybe?”

“You could say that. I was more comic relief. Involuntarily. Never was real graceful on my feet.”

“You may have to fill me in sometime.”

He winked. “I might just have to.”

While they talked about the party, I walked around the lot. Other than make, model and color I didn’t have a clue what I needed to look at. After trying to decipher the language of gear heads for what felt like hours, I found one I liked. A metallic, dark blue convertible Mustang.

Adam didn’t waste any time making it mine. In less than two hours we drove off the lot in my brand new car. Not long after that, I had a phone, clothes and everything else I needed and then some.

“Thank you, Adam,” I told him as we drove back home. “I didn’t know shopping could be so much fun.”

He chuckled. “Well, when you start off with a new car.”

“There is that.”

I looked over at him, taken by his dazzling smile. The wind had tousled his hair. I wanted to touch him. And I did, as soon as I found a road to turn off of.

He didn’t say a word when I parked the car. He just waited. I took my seatbelt off and ran my hand up his thigh. When he adjusted his hips as well as the seat, I unbuttoned his jeans. He was already hard. Not willing to waste a minute, I stripped off my panties. He laid the seat back as far as it could go and motioned me to him.

I pulled my dress up to my waist and sat down in his lap. I was so wet, he slid right in. he started to move his hips. I put my hand on his chest, willing him still. I wanted control. He smiled and laced his hands behind his head.

I rolled my hips against his. Slow and gentle at first. As I moved faster, he couldn’t stay still. His thrusts were quick. Just enough to make me move faster. He slipped his hand under my dress and began to massage my clit with his thumb. I moaned as my body lurched forward. A shiver ran down my spine.

I leaned back, grinding as hard as I could against him. He grabbed my buttocks and squeezed, directing my hips where he wanted them to go. I slipped my hand between us. He let out a low growl when I wrapped a finger around his shaft. I tightened my grip a little when my hips came back down. A jolt went through me when my finger brushed against my clit.

It felt so good; I made sure his pleasure was mine with every move of our hips. His fingers dug into my back. His body started to shake. I knew it wouldn’t long for either of us. I leaned forward and kissed him, my fingers still working a little magic between us. He dug his fingers into my hair kissed me deeper than he ever had before.

He yanked my hand from between us and held it behind my back. It was his turn. I rocked my hips against deeper and deeper thrusts. He broke the kiss and buried his head in my shoulder. I put my head on his and let go. A few minutes later he came too. This time though, neither of us moved. We didn’t want to.
