My Thoughts
Okay where to begin? This was my first official read by Chelle Bliss (I know I know don’t hate LOL I plan on fixing that real fast, because now I know how amazing her story telling ability is) and she managed to hook me. I don’t even think the words I write can give this book justice. This book was so powerful and full of raw emotions she gutted me and put me into overload. I am finding this review very difficult to write I just want to gush and gush and gush but I really do try to keep my reviews spoilers. I will say this Chelle Bliss can weave a tale. Her characters are amazing and true to life no fluff there. Her writing is vivid and fluid.
They always say it takes just one phone call and for Callie that is all it took and her world was flipped upside down. Finding strength and love in unexpected places. Callie had never imaged her life would turn out the way it did. With her life being plunged into the darkness she finds that the light she needs to come through it all comes from the one person she never expected to be with. Bruno was her light the one she never wanted anything to do with was the one she ended up needing the most.
This story is bound to set you on an emotional roller coaster Chelle Bliss will shred your heart in slivers and then slowly stitch it back together. Her words and writing are so powerful that she even evoked a strong reaction from me. If you are a person that reads and rules with emotion be for wared you will need tissues with this book. Chelle Bliss thank you for a beautiful story.
