Warning: The plot thickens with a passel of pissed off Olympians, but Ares and Aphrodite are in for a double dose of trouble! More Olympians join the mix in Finding Hope: Pool of Souls Book 2. A jewel addict, a kick-ass possibly-virgin huntress, and an insatiable ancient oracle are just a few. But don’t worry; Ares and Aphrodite are still front and center.
Addison Connelly has given up on men. She is disappointed yet again when her best friend tries to play matchmaker, and the match falls flat…or does it? Her friend knows all Addison needs is a chance, a little hope, and maybe a dropkick in the right direction. With an extra push from Aphrodite, will this lonely soul learn to trust again? Or will she run from the only man who could make her happy?
Adrian Colter, Nashville Police Detective and certifiable bachelor, puts his foot in his mouth in a big way when his roommate’s fiancé tries to match him up with her best friend. After making a horrible first impression, can he earn the trust of a woman who won’t speak a civil word to him?

Adrian isn’t the only one trying to earn the trust of a beautiful woman. While Ares fights to rebuild the trust he lost thousands of years ago with the Goddess of Love, his parents do what they do best —show off their greed and selfishness. Will he find the hope and forgiveness he so desperate seeks or will his parents destroy his chance at happiness?

FANTASTIC
What a satisfying read from beginning to end. We are following two stories in one but do not fret it is not confusing. And when there are Gods and Goddess in the mix you know it is going to be a little chaotic especially when the Goddess of Love  Aphrodite is involved. This is book 2 in the Pool of Souls Series and it just keeps getting better and better as the story unfolds we learn more and more of the love story of Aphrodite and Ares. Along with the love story of her and Ares and them working through trust issues she has her hands full with another love story of the two mortals at least Aphrodite is trying to have the two soul mates come together but what you would think would be an easy task for the Goddess of Love turns out to be anything but easy. Aphrodite has her hands full bringing these soul mates together.  Trying to bring two souls together and keep everything protected at home is not easy Aphrodite is faced with a thief and trust issues.

While on the earth realm we have Addi a strong willed woman who has written of men because of an ex. And a match making best friend who will stop at nothing to get Addi to break down her wall and love again. Addi's BFF Missy will stop at nothing to get Addi and hot and sexy single Adrian together and she figures the perfect time to do this is the week leading up to Missy 's marriage to Tom. Things are not easy though Addi's and Adrian's first meet did not go so well. Completely and Utterly Attracted to each other Addi and Adrian still do everything to avoid one another until one chaotic misfortune brings them together but is love really written in the stars for them can everything Missy and Aphrodite the Goddess of Love be enough to bring these souls together?

Krystal Shannan writes with amazing description and the characters were so well developed that you would think they where your best friend. I highly recommend this fast pace non stop page turner read to all that love a good romance story with sizzling hot and very satisfying sexual encounters that are sure to heat your core. sounds fantastic! Thanks for sharing ;) I've always liked Athena b/c she always seemed so much more level headed and fair than the other goddesses

Athena. When I was a little girl, I actually wanted to name my daughter after her. Goddess of love and wisdom.

Hmm I would say Persephone, as she's one I've heard of many times, and I don't know, her story seems more intriguing, than some others.

Thanks for this giveaway :)

It is a pleasure to meet a fellow Texan Miss Krystal!! You are a "new to me" author and I loved the excerpt you shared and I enjoyed the interview given. I look forward to checking out your website. Thank you so much. As for the answer to your question, I was a fan of Aphrodite when I was a little girl because who would not be. :-) Now that I am older and am more knowledgeable, I would have to say Athena! She is awesome and I could so see myself in her shoes. Happy writing to you!

Hi there! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems
with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I
ended up losing many months of hard work due to no back up.
Do you have any methods to stop hackers?

It would be Athena, simply because I love her name... =) But also because I love that she's very smart (or at least I think she is, though all gods ans goddesses are smart) considering she's the goddess of wisdom...

P.S. I love the snowflake and the swirls on the cover... =)

Thank you for the chance!!!
